Ils sont quatre frères – Pascal, Guillaume, Frédéric et Arthur – quatre bûcherons. Et une femme, Marie, la servante, belle à pleurer. Quatre frères et une femme dans une maison perdue au milieu de la forêt, comme au bout du bout du monde. Quatre frères dont chaque désir, chaque pensée, chaque mot est tendu vers elle, Marie, qui n’aspire qu’à se libérer de ces appétits qui sont autant de coups.

Mes frères est un spectacle d’une pâte particulière, un mélange des genres inédit qui emprunte à la fois à l’univers du conte, un conte cruel – une sorte de Blanche-Neige sans prince charmant –, à celui de la mythologie et des rituels vengeurs des Atrides, mais aussi à l’esthétique décalée du cinéma des frères Coen.
